Scope & Content Made of Paper/Ink. A set of blueprints and drawings for the fairgrounds. a) White paper with black writing. Bottom right reads "Grand Stand for the Woodstock Agricultural Society. Woodstock, Ontario. Sheet no. 2. Scale 1/2 in. = 1 ft. except where shown. Wilfred G. Ure. Engineer. Woodstock, Ontario. July 10th, 1936". Across the top is the Rear Elevation and the Front Elevation. Across the middle is the End Elevation, Stair & Joist Detail, Detail at Rear Beams, and the Typical Wall Detail. Across the bottom is the Plan of Wall Around New Floor and the Detail of Buttresses. b) White paper with black writing. Bottom right reads "Grand Stand for the Woodstock Agricultural Society. Woodstock, Ontario. Sheet no. 1. Scale 1/2 in. = 1 ft. except where shown. Wilfred G. Ure. Engineer. Woodstock, Ontario. July 10th, 1936". Across the top is the Floor Framing Plan, and the Roof Plan. In the left-middle, there is the Seating Plan. In the bottom left it is the Ground Floor Plan. In the bottom right there is the Plan of Rear and Centre Footings and the Plan of Front Footings. In the right-middle, there is the Cross Section. c) The bottom right reads "London Structural Steel Co. Limited. London, Ontario. Details of columns C13 to C18 … Grand Stand". There is an approval signature in the bottom right corner. The blueprint shows the plans for the columns in for the Grand Stand. On blue paper with white writing. Stamp on back that reads "Issued by London Structural Steel Co. Limited July 24, 1936". d) The bottom right reads London Structural Steel Co. Limited London Ontario. Details of Columns C1 to C 12… Grand Stand". There is an approval signature in the bottom right corner. The blueprint shows the plans for the columns for the Grand Stand. On blue paper with white writing. Stamp on back that reads "Issued by London Structural Steel Co. Limited July 24, 1936". e) The bottom right reads London Structural Steel Co. Limited London Ontario. Beams and Struts Grand Stand". There is an approval signature in the bottom right corner. The blueprint shows the plans for the beams and struts for the Grand Stand. On blue paper with white writing. The drawing is in the top portion of the blueprint. In the bottom left, there is the Details of Base "A" and the Details of Base "B". On blue paper with white writing. Down the left side is the Roof Plan and Section B-B. Down the right is the Typical Crossection and the Elevation A-A. In the top right corner, there is Section B-B.
