Scope & Content Made of Paper/Ink. A) Envelope:Medium brown with black print. Flap is bent along the left side inward, and has some pencil scribbles along the bottom edge. Front, is bordered with a double straight line border, across the top: "No 50 01 In thie size only" " Pattern and Deltor Butterick Desidng 50 01 Price 45 cents" underneath of this in the centre is a baby in a nightgown, laying on a blanket, around the baby are 15 smaller lettered diagram showing off different variations, of the front of the gown (long, short, snug, loose" and different collar, cuff, and boot options. Under this is a description of the outfirt and below that is measurements and materials needed. At the very to right hand written in blue pen: "About 1922" on the bottom "# 62-1289" On the back in a black double line border is a diagram of the 21 piecees of the pattern as well as a list of best materials and coloure/ribbon suggestions. In the top right corner handwritten in pencil: " Mrs. Bishop call". B) Instructions: Short wide piece of light brwon paper folded three time legthwise and twice widthwise. It is printed on on both sides using black ink. On the front left: " The Deltor Butterick Pattern no 5001." With patent information. There is also a cutting guide with pictures and written instructions. On the far right are baste ing instructions in pictures with written instructions. On the back are more sewing isntructions, and a glossary as well as helpful hints. C) Cutouts (21) light brown thin see through tissue paper cutouts of various shapes and sizes, folded up to fit into the envelope. The edges are folded inwars on the bottom right, and crunched at the top left. Butterick Design & Deltor 5001.
