Title St. John Ambulance First Aid Certificate

Scope & Content Made of Paper/Ink. White paper with black and red ink. The paper is very discoloured. The top of the page centred has the information about St. John Ambulance Association as well as its crest. In the middle it reads " This Certificate in First Aid to the Injured is awarded to William M. Watson." It states that the course was taken in " The Ontario Provincial Council, at Woodstock" In the bottom right corner are the signatures of the Lecturer Lieutenant C. Bowman. And the Director of Ambulace J.T. Clarke. It is also dated in the bottom left: February 1936. Above the date is another signature in faded black ink. Also at the bottom middle beside the signatures is a raised paper stamp which reads: " The General Council Canadian Branch St. John Ambulance Assn Inc. 1914.". On the back of the certificate in the top left corner is the stamped number: " 19370".
