The frame is same style as 2001.01.12-.17 With the reverse covered by brown paper glued to the edges of frame to cover frame surface. Matte is brown and has 6 white octagonal papers glued to it onto which the portraits are glued. The photographs are colour and have varying backgrounds. All 7 are males dressed in suit jackets and ties. Five of the gentlemen are wearing glasses and all of them are clean-shaven. Six octagonal portraits measuring 13 cm by 11.4 Cm (includes bordered edge) and one larger rectangular photo 17.6 Cm by 12.2 Cm (no border) are arranged 3 octagonal down each side with large rectangular in the middle. Each photograph has a printed description stating job title and name beneath the picture. The portraits are arranged as follows: Left side top to bottom VICE CHAIRMAN T.J. SLATER COMMISSIONER W.E. ALLEN SECRETARY-TREASURER J. McCREIGHT. Right side top to bottom MAYOR JOE PEMBER COMMISSIONER A. SUTHERLAND GENERAL-MANAGER G.F. JARVIS. Middle CHAIRMAN G.M. DOUGLAS WOODSTOCK PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION 1986-87-88. All lettering is white uppercase with the company and dates in a decorative font.
