Description Jacket is short, tapered - comes to a "V" front and back. Black woolen material with red lining (rough cotton and satin over quilt batting) and trimmed in black grosgrain heavy ribbon 3 cm wide around neck, hem, and sleeves. Features ornate "frogging" down the front with double fastening, upstanding collar which is supported by a straw material, red woolen material background covered with ornate designs in black grosgrain braid around the circumference (collar is fastened by two hook and eye fasteners); cuffs are red woolen material covered with an ornate design in black grosgrain ribbon and braid. On Reverse: Following the darts down the back of the jacket are two lines of braid that form an ornate design ending at the hem with two filled sections of braid 3 cm long and on either side a pattern again in braid.
